Holidays
Building Services on holidays will be as follows:
Cleaning
If cleaning is provided by Landlord, then routine cleaning will not be performed in your offices on the evening of a building holiday. If you wish for your offices to be cleaned on a holiday, please contact the cleaning contractor, First Quality Maintenance, at 212-947-7800 by 4:00 p.m. on the last business day prior to the holiday to schedule service. There will be an additional charge for these requests.
“Off Hour” Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
All requests for after hours heating, ventilation, and air conditioning must be submitted to the Building Management Office through Building Engines by 1:00 p.m. prior to the date of service. Please note: Additional service requests may be billable & are charged subject to the provisions of your individual lease. The rates for these services can be obtained through the Building Management Office.
The following are designated Union Building Holidays:
