Defibrillators
Portable Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) have been deployed in all SL Green buildings. Building personnel have been trained in their use and the device is stored at the Fire Command Station located in the Lobby. These devices are designed for emergency use on individuals who have undergone Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA), and are supplementary to the City’s 911 emergency system.
