Telephone Closets
If you are having problems with your telephone system that require a technician to access the telephone closet, the technician must register with the Building Management Office, accompanied by a representative from your firm, to request the closet be opened. Once the technician’s credentials are verified at the Building Management Office, an authorized building staff member will be sent to open the telephone closet. This policy protects your company, as well as your fellow tenants, by ensuring that the telephone closets are secure, and are only accessible by authorized personnel. This same policy applies if your electrical contractor needs access to an electrical closet.
